All our cancellations are applicable on the following cases mentioned below.
Note: Certain activities may be cancelled due to unforeseeable weather circumstances or regulatory restrictions; in such cases, the operator will do his utmost to arrange an alternate possible activity. However, no refund will be given in this case.

There will be no reimbursements for any inclusion(s) that the Client does not use.
Our departure time is set, so everyone must leave on time and keep the tour coordinator informed of their whereabouts (s). Anyone who misses the bus will not be entitled for a reimbursement.

Validity - The Himalayas trek voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. This voucher is only valid for Indian treks.
A specific cancellation policy applies to Special bookings where the traveler is eligible for no refund if they do not show up.
For all contracted services, an advance payment should be given to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. Management employees have the authority to determine the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the type of the service and the time remaining for the tour to begin.
Aside from the aforementioned, in some situations, such as Special Train Journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak season (Christmas, New Year), full payment is required to be provided in advance as per suggested by your tour leader.
Please keep in mind that after the tour/service cost has been finalized, any increases in monument/museum entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India will be charged as additional.
All complaints, litigation, claims, or disputes of any kind relating to any of The Travel Planners' products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court.
